Return Policy

We would be so sad if you had to return any of our cool clothes and hope you never have to, BUT at Reesey B's Boutique we want you to be completely satisfied.  We understand that sometimes you have to return a purchase.

  1. Any online purchases can be returned for store credit only. It must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. After 7 days, you will not be eligible for credit. Credit will be applied for the price of the merchandise. Shipping is not included in that amount.   
  2. All items must have the original tags, unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs, self tanners, odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
  3. Please include the original invoice with the return.
  4. Shipping for returns is at the buyer’s expense.
  5. If you receive an "OOPS" and we made a mistake or the product is damaged, then you will not be responsible for shipping.  Please report damaged items immediately to info@reeseybsboutique.com.  You will receive a refund.
  6. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, please email info@reeseybsboutique.com, so that we can pull the items to ensure that it is in stock.  Exchanges will depend on items in stock.
  7. Accessories, jewelry, handbags, sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, hats and items purchased during a "live" sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
